I run the KC-CAR with 4x lbx10-sld normally. It's possible to get away with using AC-20-BFs, but you'll likely chew through your ammo too quickly. Archer (AGC), Spider, Dragon, BJ, Raven, Victors, Banshees, Quickdraw, Thunderbolt, Orion (YAJ) are all heroes that are significantly better than their vanilla options as well.
